Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Place 1–2 tablespoons of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing the sides.
  6. Arrange rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the pecans before mixing. Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks during baking.
