Ingredients
  

  • 227 g unsalted butter melted
  • 400 g granulated sugar
  • 220 g brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 15 ml vanilla extract
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 240 g all-purpose flour
  • 250 g peanut butter
  • 90 g chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Whisk in cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add flour and stir until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  8. Place a small dollop of peanut butter in the center of each dough ball.
  9. Top with another spoonful of dough and seal the edges.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  11. Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
