Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces flour tortillas
  • 4 cup fresh peaches
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 113 g butter
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 240 ml whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Spread cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla on each tortilla.
  4. Add peach mixture to each tortilla and roll them up.
  5. Place rolled tortillas in a greased baking dish.
  6. Melt butter and pour over the tortillas.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve with whipped cream on top.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Substitute with canned peaches if fresh ones are unavailable. Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the peaches.
