  • 226 g Phyllo Dough Store-bought phyllo for quick and easy prep.
  • 45 ml Olive Oil Used to brush the phyllo for richness.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix it with chopped fresh herbs, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Take a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and repeat the process, using a total of three to four sheets for extra crispiness.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo into strips, about 4 inches wide. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of each strip and roll it up tightly.
  5. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with additional olive oil.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. In a small saucepan, heat honey over low heat with additional chili flakes, stirring until melted and combined.
  8. Serve the feta rolls warm, drizzled generously with the chili honey.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm. Feel free to experiment with different herbs or add a touch of garlic for extra flavor.
