Method
- Grab a large mixing bowl and toss in your broken pretzel stick pieces.
- In a separate bowl, combine your creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir them together until you have a thick, smooth paste.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture right over your broken pretzels.
- Gently fold the peanut butter mixture into the pretzels until each piece is coated as evenly as possible.
- Using your hands, scoop up a portion of the coated pretzels and gently shape them into bite-sized clusters. Place these onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If adding chocolate, melt the chips in a microwave-safe bowl and stir until smooth. Drizzle or dip the clusters in the melted chocolate.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm and the clusters hold their shape.
- Once firm, transfer the clusters to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator.
Notes
These clusters are best enjoyed chilled. Feel free to experiment with different toppings or mix-ins!
