Method
- Cover tray with parchment paper.
- Put cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add sugar, zest, and orange extract.
- Mix until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate in microwave.
- Add melted chocolate to the bowl.
- Add orange color if you want.
- Chill the mix for 30 minutes.
- Roll mix into small balls.
- Roll each ball in crushed wafers.
- Place balls on tray.
- Chill again until firm.
- Keep in fridge until ready to eat.

These truffles can be stored in the fridge for up to a week, making them a perfect make-ahead dessert.
