- Add mashed bananas, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 20‑25 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before cutting into squares.
