  • 450 g cream cheese softened
  • 85 g powdered sugar
  • 7.5 ml vanilla extract
  • 340 g Cool Whip thawed
  • 300 g mini marshmallows
  • 510 g fresh blueberries
  • 450 g fresh strawberries diced
  • 170 g fresh raspberries

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Add marshmallows, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Fold carefully so the berries stay intact.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so flavors meld and texture thickens.
  5. Top with extra berries just before serving for a fresh, beautiful finish.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps and pat berries dry before adding to prevent extra moisture.
