- Fold in fresh blueberries gently to avoid crushing them.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- After chilling, roll portions into balls using a cookie scoop or spoon.
- Place the formed bites on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
Notes
These bites can be stored in the fridge for a quick snack throughout the week. Feel free to substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
