- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place in a bowl.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and coat evenly.
- Rub seasoning mixture onto all sides of the chicken.
- Lightly oil the air fryer basket and preheat to 380°F if needed.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip each piece.
- Cook for another 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Patting the chicken dry ensures a crispy exterior. Do not overcrowd the basket. Use a thermometer for perfect doneness and let the chicken rest before slicing to retain juices.
