  • lbs chicken breast portions about 6 small breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • tsp salt
  • tsp paprika

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and coat evenly.
  4. Rub seasoning mixture onto all sides of the chicken.
  5. Lightly oil the air fryer basket and preheat to 380°F if needed.
  6. Place chicken in a single layer in the basket without overcrowding.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip each piece.
  8. Cook for another 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Remove chicken and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
