Japanese Pink Salt Diet Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 –12 oz warm filtered water not boiling
  • ¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt finely ground
  • ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional
  • Optional add-ins: fresh ginger slices pinch of cayenne pepper, mint leaves, or splash of coconut water

Method
 

  1. Gently heat 8–12 oz of filtered water until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add ¼ tsp of finely ground pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add ½ tsp of fresh lemon juice and stir well.
  4. (Optional) Stir in 1 tsp of raw honey for sweetness.
  5. (Optional) Add extras like ginger, cayenne, mint, or coconut water for enhanced flavor and benefits.
  6. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, warm or over ice. Wait 30 minutes before eating for optimal results.

Notes
