  • 240 g Cottage Cheese thick, small-curd variety
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes or gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder optional
  • 1 tsp Paprika optional
  • 15 g Fresh Herbs optional
  • 240 ml Marinara Sauce for dipping
  • 240 ml Yogurt or Ranch Dressing for dipping, optional bee addition of honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese with your chosen spices and herbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy and well combined.
  4. Scoop small amounts of the cottage cheese mixture and dip them into the beaten eggs.
  5. Roll the coated mixture in breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
