- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the room temperature egg, greek yogurt, cocoa powder, protein powder, coconut sugar, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting. Optionally, dust with a pinch of sea salt before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, try adding a pinch of sea salt on top before serving to enhance the chocolate taste.
