- Cut bread into quarters and gently press them into each muffin cup.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour the custard mixture over the bread cups and press down lightly.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, rotating halfway through for even browning.
