  1. Gather all your ingredients and carefully check the crab meat for any shells. Freshness is key for this delightful treat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties using your hands. Keep them about 1-2 inches wide for even cooking.
  4. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Carefully place the crab bombs in the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
