- Preheat your oven to 500°F (200°C).
- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails carefully using kitchen scissors until you reach the last segment.
- Open the shells gently and pull the lobster meat out, laying it on top.
- Mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Brush this luscious garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Broil the lobster tails for 6-8 minutes, watching closely until the meat turns opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F-145°F.
- Serve the lobster tails on a plate, spooning any remaining garlic butter sauce over them.
