  • 397 g Sweetened Condensed Milk No substitutions recommended.
  • 113 g Unsalted Butter Can replace with coconut oil or margarine for dairy-free option.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Almond extract can be used for a unique flavor.
  • 300 g Marshmallow Creme Essential for the signature swirl; no substitutes recommended.
  • 170 g Colored Candy Melts or White Chocolate Chips Any color of candy melts can be used.

Method
 

  1. Begin by lining an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Heat over low flame, stirring frequently for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, mixing for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Dollop marshmallow creme over the top and gently swirl it into the chocolate.
  6. Melt the colored candy melts or white chocolate chips, then drizzle over the chocolate-marshmallow mixture.
  7. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  8. Lift out of the pan and cut into squares for serving.
