- Begin by lining an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Heat over low flame, stirring frequently for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, mixing for 30 seconds.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Dollop marshmallow creme over the top and gently swirl it into the chocolate.
- Melt the colored candy melts or white chocolate chips, then drizzle over the chocolate-marshmallow mixture.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Lift out of the pan and cut into squares for serving.
