- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly in this flavorful mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until it is beautifully golden brown and cooked through. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm the honey. Stir in the chili flakes or sriracha (and apple cider vinegar if desired), allowing it to gently simmer for about 2–3 minutes.
- Cook your choice of rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, fluff it up and give it a moment to cool slightly.
- Steam or roast the vegetables until they become tender-crisp.
- In bowls, layer your fluffy grains, tender veggies, and slices of chicken. Drizzle the prepared hot honey glaze over everything, and finish with any optional toppings.
