Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly in this flavorful mixture and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until it is beautifully golden brown and cooked through. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the honey. Stir in the chili flakes or sriracha (and apple cider vinegar if desired), allowing it to gently simmer for about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Cook your choice of rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, fluff it up and give it a moment to cool slightly.
  5. Steam or roast the vegetables until they become tender-crisp.
  6. In bowls, layer your fluffy grains, tender veggies, and slices of chicken. Drizzle the prepared hot honey glaze over everything, and finish with any optional toppings.
