- In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and olive oil to create the marinade.
- Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spiciness by adding more or less Sriracha, and serve with extra vegetables for a healthier option.
