- Drain all canned fruits thoroughly and pat dry.
- Place pineapple, mandarin oranges, cherries, and strawberries in a large bowl.
- Gently toss the fruits together.
- Add whipped cream to the fruit mixture.
- Fold gently using a spatula until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in mini marshmallows.
- Fold lightly to distribute without deflating the mixture.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with extra cherries or strawberries if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Drain fruit well to avoid a watery texture. Do not overmix to keep the salad light and fluffy. Best served chilled within 24 hours.
