Ingredients
  

  • 200 g pineapple chunks drained
  • 200 g mandarin oranges drained
  • 100 g maraschino cherries drained and halved
  • 150 g strawberries sliced (optional)
  • 300 ml whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 100 g mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Drain all canned fruits thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Place pineapple, mandarin oranges, cherries, and strawberries in a large bowl.
  3. Gently toss the fruits together.
  4. Add whipped cream to the fruit mixture.
  5. Fold gently using a spatula until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle in mini marshmallows.
  7. Fold lightly to distribute without deflating the mixture.
  8. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  9. Garnish with extra cherries or strawberries if desired.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drain fruit well to avoid a watery texture. Do not overmix to keep the salad light and fluffy. Best served chilled within 24 hours.
