Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • cups whole milk room temperature
  • ¾ cup rainbow jimmies sprinkles
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 pan with grease and parchment.
  2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into the batter, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in sprinkles.
  7. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  9. Cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Use jimmies sprinkles to prevent color bleeding and ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best texture.
