  • 1 box 3.9 oz instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • cups mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup chopped almonds
  • Optional: crushed Oreos or marshmallow bits for topping

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thick and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
  3. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds.
  4. Fold gently until evenly mixed and fluffy.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Top with extra chocolate chips, almonds, or marshmallow bits before serving.

Notes

Fold gently to keep the fluff texture light and airy. Chill time improves flavor and thickness. Best served cold straight from the fridge.
