Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1⅓ pounds broccoli florets finely chopped
  • 8 slices bacon cooked crispy and chopped
  • cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • cup sliced almonds

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Finely chop the broccoli florets into bite-size pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, bacon, red onion, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
  4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture.
  5. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Toss again before serving and enjoy.

Notes

For best flavor, chill before serving. Toast the almonds for extra crunch and aroma.
