Method
- Place fillings in the center of the tortilla, keeping portions moderate (about 1–1½ cups total).
- Cut a slit from the center of the tortilla down to the bottom edge.
- Fold the tortilla into quarters by folding bottom up, then sides over.
- Preheat air fryer to 375–390°F.
- Lightly spray both sides of the wrap with oil.
- Place in air fryer and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cook until golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for 1 minute, then cut in half and serve.
Notes
Do not overfill to avoid leaks. Always spray with oil for crispiness. Use flour tortillas for best folding and texture.
