Ingredients
  

  • 1 large flour tortilla burrito size or medium
  • Protein of choice rotisserie chicken, ground beef, turkey, shrimp, or black beans
  • Cheese of choice cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack
  • Vegetables bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms
  • Sauce of choice buffalo, BBQ, pesto, ranch, taco sauce
  • Optional extras: rice avocado, jalapeños, bacon

Method
 

  1. Place fillings in the center of the tortilla, keeping portions moderate (about 1–1½ cups total).
  2. Cut a slit from the center of the tortilla down to the bottom edge.
  3. Fold the tortilla into quarters by folding bottom up, then sides over.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375–390°F.
  5. Lightly spray both sides of the wrap with oil.
  6. Place in air fryer and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let rest for 1 minute, then cut in half and serve.

Notes

Do not overfill to avoid leaks. Always spray with oil for crispiness. Use flour tortillas for best folding and texture.
