  • 15 g rolled oats
  • 30 g almond butter
  • 21 g honey adjust to taste
  • 30 g protein powder your choice of flavor
  • 1 banana ripe for sweetness
  • 360 ml unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • handful ice cubes for a chilled smoothie
