- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold in crumbled sausage and shredded cheese until evenly mixed.
- Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with batter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and firm to touch.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
