- Cook the pasta. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the honey BBQ chicken. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the honey BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Make the creamy cheese sauce. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil. Whisk in the flour and cook for about a minute to form a roux. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly. Let it simmer until thickened, then stir in the Greek yogurt and cheeses until fully melted. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine everything. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and gently fold in the honey BBQ chicken.
- Bake to perfection. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until hot and slightly golden on top.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
