  • 240 g Greek yogurt
  • 120 g cottage cheese
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 56 g cream cheese optional
  • Sprinkles optional

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth with no lumps.
  2. Mix in Greek yogurt and cream cheese (if using). Soften cream cheese beforehand if cold.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in sprinkles (optional).
  5. Chill for 15 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes
