Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 240 ml cottage cheese
  • 454 g turkey sausage, crumbled
  • 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 30 g chopped spinach optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add cottage cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in crumbled turkey sausage, shredded mozzarella, and chopped spinach.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until center is set and top is golden.
  5. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
