High Protein Canned Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 355 g canned chicken breast drained
  • 30 g sliced almonds
  • 75 g quartered grapes
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, add the greek yogurt, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper together. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add the drained canned chicken to the bowl and mix, breaking it up into pieces.
  3. Add the sliced almonds and grapes and mix.
  4. Serve right away or refrigerate before serving.

Notes

This salad can be served immediately, but it tastes even better after chilling in the fridge for a bit!
