Method
- Twist Oreo cookies apart, keeping the cream on one side.
- Insert a lollipop stick halfway into the cream filling.
- Place the plain cookie half back on top and gently press together.
- Freeze Oreo pops for 5 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white and milk or dark chocolate separately in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring between each round.
- Dip each Oreo pop into melted chocolate, fully coating the cookie.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Immediately decorate with Valentine sprinkles or drizzle with colored candy melts.
- Let pops set at room temperature or refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
Notes
Freezing the Oreo pops before dipping helps keep them secure on the stick. Decorate while chocolate is still wet so sprinkles adhere properly.
