- In a large bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
- Let the mixture cool for 10–15 minutes until lukewarm.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fully combined.
- Add sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows.
- Fold gently to combine without deflating.
- Transfer to a serving dish and cover.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Stir gently and garnish before serving if desired.
Notes
Allow gelatin to cool before adding whipped topping to prevent melting. Chill fully for best texture. Use fresh strawberries for best flavor and avoid excess liquid.
