Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles if not using no-boil.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook 3–4 minutes until pink; add crab, salt, pepper, and chili flakes and cook 2–3 more minutes.
- Mix ricotta, half the Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream in a bowl.
- Spread 1 cup Alfredo sauce in a 9×13 baking dish.
- Layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood, and Alfredo; repeat for 3 layers.
- Top with remaining Alfredo, mozzarella, Parmesan, and panko.
- Bake covered 25 minutes, then uncovered 10–15 minutes until golden.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overcook the seafood and always allow the lasagna to rest before slicing to ensure clean layers.
