Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Place serving glasses in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill.
  2. Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum to a blender.
  3. Add frozen raspberries, crushed ice, and simple syrup if using.
  4. Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a pineapple wedge.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with coconut water or extra pineapple juice. Use high-quality coconut cream for best texture.
