Method
- Add peanut butter and rolled oats to a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in ground flaxseed and honey or maple syrup until combined.
- Add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Mix until the texture is uniform and holds together when pressed.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
- Place balls in an airtight container.
- Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled or store for later use.
Notes
If the mixture is too dry, add more peanut butter or honey. If too sticky, add extra oats. Chill before serving for best texture.
