Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 medium carrots sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add kielbasa slices in a single layer and brown 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove kielbasa and set aside.
  4. Add remaining oil to the skillet.
  5. Sauté onions, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
  7. Whisk honey, soy sauce, and paprika together.
  8. Pour glaze over vegetables and stir well.
  9. Return kielbasa to skillet and cook 5 minutes until heated through.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Serve hot and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Cut vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking and avoid overcrowding the skillet for proper browning.
