Method
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add kielbasa slices in a single layer and brown 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove kielbasa and set aside.
- Add remaining oil to the skillet.
- Sauté onions, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for 5–7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, and paprika together.
- Pour glaze over vegetables and stir well.
- Return kielbasa to skillet and cook 5 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Cut vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking and avoid overcrowding the skillet for proper browning.
