Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe peaches pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls halved
  • 1 cup arugula or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  2. Drain and halve the fresh mozzarella balls.
  3. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add peaches, mozzarella, and greens to a large salad bowl.
  5. Sprinkle toasted walnuts and crumbled feta over the salad.
  6. Add torn fresh basil leaves evenly.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.
  8. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  9. Toss gently until just combined.
  10. Chill briefly before serving if desired.

Notes

Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture and always toast the nuts to enhance flavor.
