- Lightly grease or line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter over low heat in a large saucepan.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Gently fold in the Lucky Charms cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture lightly into the prepared pan.
- Let cool at room temperature, then cut into squares.
Notes
Use gentle pressure when pressing the mixture into the pan to keep the treats soft and chewy instead of dense.
