  • 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Lightly grease or line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter over low heat in a large saucepan.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Gently fold in the Lucky Charms cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Press the mixture lightly into the prepared pan.
  7. Let cool at room temperature, then cut into squares.
