- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley until just combined.
- Form 1-inch meatballs and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, vinegar, and chili flakes in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Add cornstarch slurry if desired and cook 1–2 minutes until thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in the glaze and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Serve warm garnished with parsley.
Notes
Avoid overmixing to maintain tender meatballs. Add cornstarch slurry for a thicker, stickier glaze with a glossy finish.
