Ingredients
Method
- Cut sirloin steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak pieces in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter, and let melt.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in garlic butter for 1 minute.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until simmering.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder until smooth and thickened.
- Season sauce with salt and pepper.
- Serve steak bites topped with Parmesan cream sauce and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure a proper sear. For best texture, cook steak to medium-rare and let rest briefly before serving.
