Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
Parmesan Cream Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cut sirloin steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak pieces in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter, and let melt.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in garlic butter for 1 minute.
  8. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until simmering.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic powder until smooth and thickened.
  10. Season sauce with salt and pepper.
  11. Serve steak bites topped with Parmesan cream sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure a proper sear. For best texture, cook steak to medium-rare and let rest briefly before serving.
