Ingredients
  

  • 227 g cream cheese softened
  • 227 g whipped topping thawed
  • 425 g can mandarin oranges drained
  • 567 g can crushed pineapple drained
  • 340 g maraschino cherries drained and halved
  • 100 g mini marshmallows
  • 100 g sweetened shredded coconut
  • 50 g chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  3. Add drained mandarin oranges, pineapple, and cherries.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut.
  5. Mix gently until evenly combined.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  7. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  8. Top with nuts and extra cherries before serving.

Notes

Drain fruits thoroughly to avoid a watery texture. Chill longer for best flavor and texture.
