Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb white fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • cup panko breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Pat fish completely dry.
  3. Mix panko breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle fish with olive oil and coat evenly.
  5. Press fish into breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  9. Rest 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Patting the fish dry ensures the coating sticks and crisps properly. Do not overcrowd the air fryer for best results.
