Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
- Pat fish completely dry.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle fish with olive oil and coat evenly.
- Press fish into breadcrumb mixture.
- Place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Rest 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Patting the fish dry ensures the coating sticks and crisps properly. Do not overcrowd the air fryer for best results.
