Method
- Add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high for about 2 minutes until completely smooth.
- Add honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
- Blend again until fully combined and creamy.
- Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes for a firmer texture.
- Add toppings just before serving.
Notes
For a keto version, replace honey with a low-carb sweetener. Chill longer for a thicker mousse or freeze briefly for a faster set.
