Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat or 2%
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries granola, shaved dark chocolate, cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese and Greek yogurt to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high for about 2 minutes until completely smooth.
  3. Add honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend again until fully combined and creamy.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
  6. Chill for 15–30 minutes for a firmer texture.
  7. Add toppings just before serving.

Notes

For a keto version, replace honey with a low-carb sweetener. Chill longer for a thicker mousse or freeze briefly for a faster set.
