- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and simmer while scraping browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and add to the sauce.
- Toss everything together, adding pasta water if needed, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce. Adjust cayenne pepper to control heat level.
