Method
- Add cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and almond extract to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Spoon mixture into serving dishes or jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow mousse to set.
- Garnish with berries or chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
For a thicker texture, drain excess whey from the cottage cheese before blending. Sweetener amounts can be adjusted to taste.
