Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese full-fat or low-fat
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract optional

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and almond extract to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.

Notes
