Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Parsley flakes for garnish
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Butter for toasting buns

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add ground chicken and cook 7 to 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add alfredo sauce and simmer on low for 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  8. Butter hamburger buns and toast until golden brown.
  9. Spoon chicken alfredo mixture onto buns.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Toast the buns to prevent sogginess and use low heat after adding alfredo sauce to maintain a smooth, creamy texture.
