  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 can 21 oz cherry pie filling
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • –2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Crushed graham crackers optional

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until silky.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.
  4. Fold in cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows, keeping some swirl for texture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, top with crushed graham crackers if desired.

Notes
