- Fold in cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows, keeping some swirl for texture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with crushed graham crackers if desired.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Do not overmix after adding Cool Whip to keep the texture light. Best made ahead for deeper flavor.
