- Slice cherry tomatoes in half and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add mozzarella pearls and torn fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze just before serving.
Notes
Always use fresh basil and room temperature ingredients for the best Caprese flavor. Add balsamic glaze only at serving time to prevent sogginess.
