Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup pickles diced
  • Sesame seeds optional
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickles diced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; season with salt and pepper and brown for 8–10 minutes.
  2. Blend mayo, diced pickles, pickle juice, mustard, vinegar, smoked paprika, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and pickles in a large bowl.
  4. Add cooked beef on top and drizzle with dressing.
  5. Toss gently and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Chill dressing for 30 minutes for the most authentic Big Mac flavor and keep components separate for meal prep freshness.
