Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
  2. Brush garlic butter evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the buttered side.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  5. Place tortillas cheese-side up in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 4–6 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove and sprinkle with extra parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.

Notes

Use low-moisture mozzarella for best results. Do not overcrowd the air fryer. Serve immediately for maximum crispiness and cheese pull.
