Method
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and parsley.
- Brush garlic butter evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the buttered side.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Place tortillas cheese-side up in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 4–6 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove and sprinkle with extra parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
Use low-moisture mozzarella for best results. Do not overcrowd the air fryer. Serve immediately for maximum crispiness and cheese pull.
